Elevator Music 23: Yoko Ono: Listen presented a selection of work in sound by pioneering artist, musician and activist Yoko Ono.
The exhibition featured a selection of sound works installed throughout unconventional spaces in the gallery, including the elevator, cloak room, water fountain, stairwell, vestibule and roof top.
Co-curated with Tang Registrar Elizabeth Karp and Air Talk, Listen brought together audio recordings and instruction pieces from the early 1950s through to 2009, illustrating the vast and varied ways Ono has challenged and explored conceptions of music.
